PODIUM WILL NOT LOAD FOR OUR COMPANY NOR WILL IT LET US LOG INTO THE APP
Not able to use the office phones, or the cell application. When I try to chat with tech support on their website nothing happens while the rest of their online interface that is non phone related works. Their texting also isn't working.
We've noticed that incoming calls haven't been going through for the past three hours. We're only being made aware of calls when a missed call notification appears or when checking the customer's history.
