Multiple Platforms: Merging Issue After New Correlation Binary Deployment [IM-12349]

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue that arose following the deployment of a new correlation binary. We have observed that this new binary has stopped functioning on older versions of the Windows agent (Cloud Agent 6.1 and earlier) that do not support IPv6. It is important to note that this issue is specific to Windows agents, and Linux agents are not affected.

The Qualys Cloud Platform Operations team has implemented a fix to address the issue. The correlation binary has been updated and is now backward compatible with Windows Cloud Agent versions 6.1 and earlier. However, these older agents will require an updated Configuration Profile to ensure proper functionality. Customers may notice that the last updated timestamp for the Configuration Profile reflects today’s date. No action is required from customers.
