The rolling restarts are progressing as expected. The team has determined that a small subset of customers may experience a brief 5-10 minute window of intermittent degradation, and may receive 500/503 errors during this window.

Our team has identified that expired certificates triggered the issue. Currently, teams are in the process of applying new certificates and performing a non-disruptive rolling restart to restore the services.

At 17:00 UTC, on September 08, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature disruption impacting multiple PODs. Customers are able to login to logcenter but are unable to use dynamic log feature due to the inability to communicate with logcenter. Our team is investigating the issue and exploring multiple paths to resolution.
