They are now moving forward with rolling back the remaining impacted instances to the stable version, which may take some time. Additionally, the team is currently discussing the possibility of pushing this necessary patch to all potentially impacted instances where the release was deployed.

An issue began impacting the guided path documentation generator feature starting at 08:00 UTC on June 12, 2025. Users are encountering an error when they click on the OmniScript button, resulting in documents not being generated. Industry Cloud customers are specifically affected by this issue, where DocGen is throwing an error. This problem has been noted to occur following a recent release. Several teams are currently working on investigating and fixing this issue.
