The rollback has been completed for a subset of instances, and they're out of impact as of 14:33 UTC. They will be removed from this Trust posting and receive a separate notification indicating the correct start and end time. We are nearing the deployment of the Salesforce Summer ‘25 release, and we are unable to continue rolling back the impacted instances. The instances will receive the patch during the release, which will bring them out of impact. This is expected to take several hours to complete. The rollback is still underway and is being staggered across all impacted instances. As part of our investigation, we've identified additional impacted instances. They have been added to this Trust posting and will receive communication going forward.

Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is broader than initially understood. We have updated the posting to reflect the additional instances experiencing impact, and customers in these instances will receive communications related to this incident going forward.

The team has successfully completed the rollback on the test instance and has seen positive results. They are now moving forward with rolling back the remaining impacted instances to the stable version, which may take some time. Additionally, the team is currently discussing the possibility of pushing this necessary patch to all potentially impacted instances where the release was deployed.

We discovered that the recent release didn’t contain a necessary patch, which likely triggered this incident. Teams are rolling back the release to a stable version with this patch on a Test instance.

An issue began impacting the guided path documentation generator feature starting at 08:00 UTC on June 12, 2025. Users are encountering an error when they click on the OmniScript button, resulting in documents not being generated. Industry Cloud customers are specifically affected by this issue, where DocGen is throwing an error. This problem has been noted to occur following a recent release. Several teams are currently working on investigating and fixing this issue.
