The Technology team has completed multiple actions to restore services for customers and believes they have isolated the trigger for this event. After error log analysis, the team believes potential issues at the database tier are the likely cause.

Remediation actions have improved performance, but this has not mitigated the issue. The Technology team continues to investigate additional swimlanes to restore service to customers.

We will provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.
