In the US2 Data Center, use of Ebunsho through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected users may have experienced the message "Timestamp pending" after attaching images to their expense reports and invoices. Users should now be able to upload and attach images to their expenses and invoices as expected.To check if your company was affected by this incident please log onto the personalized Concur Open website" though. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

Affected users may experience the message "Timestamp pending" after attaching images to their expense reports and invoices. Users should now be able to upload and attach images to their expenses and invoices as expected. After investigation and further review of the Incident Response Team(IRT) has confirmed that impact is confirmed to only a subset of customers in the US2 Data Center. To check if your company is affected by this incident please log onto the personalized Concur Open website. The Incident Response Team (IRT) is working on complete recovery of the pending timestamp status. Our next scheduled update will be in two hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
