Email Activity Exports Not Being Received

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Email Activity Feed Export has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Our engineers are still investigating this issue. Email activity export emails might not be received by some customers. Users who are triggering an activity feed export from their SendGrid Account may not receive the subsequent email containing the export. Searching in the activity feed still functions as expected as well as the API endpoints for users with the Email Activity add-on. We will provide the next updates in 1 hour or sooner as they become available.

Starting around 01:00 AM PT on March 18, 2024, our engineers began investigating an issue with email activity export emails might not be received by some customers. Users who are triggering an activity feed export from their SendGrid Account may not receive the subsequent email containing the export. Searching in the activity feed still functions as expected as well as the API endpoints for users with the Email Activity add-on. This does not impact mail send.
