Some customers are currently unable to print Invoices and other transactions from their QuickBooks Online account on their Mac machines. We’re aware of this issue and are working to fix it. We have determined the root cause of the issue and we have a workaround to get you back to business. When printing a PDF from QuickBooks Online, please download the PDF to your machine and print from Adobe rather than from the browser. We’ll share any additional updates as soon as we learn more. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon.
