Outage Details
An issue affecting some clients with M365 Backup powered by Veeam has been identified. It is caused by a change in the XML Format Veeam receives from Microsoft. Symptoms include: - Exchange backup within Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 fails with the following errors: "There is an error in XML document" and "The specified type was not recognized: name='SharingMessage'"We are currently testing a hotfix provided by Veeam in staging and are tentatively going to be deploying into our production environment this Friday.
