Minor Incident at Canadian Datacenter

One of our Datacenter's in Canada is experiencing a power outage on their primary circuits. None of Sherweb's equipment is impacted as we have redundant power supplies, however clients who have their own equipment (MPLS Connections, firewalls, etc) which do not have redunant power supplies are likely to be down at the moment.  We apologize for the inconvenience, we are in contact with the Data Center and are waiting for confirmation of full power restoration, at which point we will update this status page.  Best regards, Sherweb's Technical Support Team

Update on Canadian DC Power Incident: The data center is saying the power circuit that is currently down will be back up by 2PM, EST. Please note, NO Sherweb equipment or services are currently affected by this, only clients who have their own non-power redundant equipment in our datacenter, who happen to be on that circuit, are affected.
