Technical Update on Veeam for M365 Backup IssueDuring the recent update of our Veeam for M365 Backup from Version 7 to Version 8, the process encountered an issue, leaving the infrastructure in a state where neither progression nor rollback was possible. We have since collaborated closely with the vendor to triage the problem, conducting thorough testing across various technical configurations.At this stage, we are successfully deploying limited jobs, and we are now focused on testing the proposed solution at scale to ensure its viability. Our primary objective remains a full restoration of services, and we are proceeding cautiously to prevent further disruptions.Please rest assured that there has been no data loss in the backups. The integrity and safety of your data remain our highest priority. It is important to note that this issue is isolated to the Canadian side of the Veeam for M365 Backup service.
