Between 4:08 UTC and 8:00 UTC, we experienced an issue where some newly installed apps would encounter errors in the admin if using managed pricing. A fix was implemented at 7:51UTC which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
