Canada Post is currently experiencing an issue affecting Merchants ability to purchase shipping labels from within their admin. The Canada Post label purchasing option will be restored within the Shopify admin when they have indicated the issue is no longer occurring. We recommend using an alternative carrier as a temporary workaround while Canada Post resolves this issue.
