Some merchants may notice errors in their admins while attempting to purchase UPS shipping labels. We are currently working with UPS to investigate the issue.

Shipping options are functional for customers at checkout; only the purchase and printing of UPS shipping labels from the admin may be affected.

Between 13:12 UTC - 16:43 UTC, merchants experienced issues with purchasing UPS shipping labels in the Shopify Admin. We worked with UPS and a fix was implemented at 15:23 UTC which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
