Between 08:27 UTC - 09:14 UTC, we experienced a significant degradation across multiple services due to an issue with our network partner Cloudflare. A fix was implemented by Cloudflare which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.

We've identified the problem is with Cloudflare, they have an active status page https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
We are seeing recovery across some systems but are waiting on confirmation this is not going to go down again. For now we continue to monitor the situation.
