Delays in Resource Management updates

A mitigation is underway and we are monitoring to ensure continued stability of the Resource Management service.

Starting at 4pm PST on July 5, 2022, RM by Smartsheet had degraded performance in processing some actions. As of 6pm PST on July 6th, 2022, all in-app processing has recovered. However, email notifications, webhooks and activity feed processing are still experiencing delays.

We have identified the root cause and implemented mitigation steps. We are monitoring for further stability of the service.
