Prisma by Palo Alto's Strata Cloud Manager experienced a data lag issue affecting the Command Center, Activity Insights, and Log Viewer modules across Council Bluffs, Montreal, and Toronto locations starting March 30 at 12:30 PDT. The dashboards rendered partial or no data during the incident, with no workaround available. The incident was fully resolved after 225.4 hours on April 1st, with all services restored to operational status.
