We have identified an issue retrieving Activity Logs via the UI and API that affects the EU and US2 regions. The Activity Logs continue being captured successfully. We are working to fix the issue with the retrieval.

Impact
The Activity Logs screen wasn't available for the customers located in EU and US2 region on October 24th between 12:20 UTC and 15:07 UTC

Status
Access to Activity Logs was recovered at 15:07 UTC in US2 and 14:41 UTC in EU1.
All the Activity Logs have now been reinstated since 17:45 UTC in US2 and 17:55 UTC in EU1.
