We have identified an issue affecting Cloud and Enterprise Agents snapshots and saved events created before February 19th, 2025, 19:59:28 UTC for the following test layers: RTP, SIP, FTP, DNSSEC, DNS trace, and DNS server. The snapshots and saved events for these layers are not showing any data. We are working to restore the functionality.
