Starting at 16:15 UTC Feb 25th, we have identified an issue preventing alerts from being created or cleared in the US1 region. The ThousandEyes Engineering team is working to mitigate the issue.

The ThousandEyes Engineering team has mitigated the issue of creating and clearing alerts for Cloud and Enterprise Agents, Endpoint, Internet Outages, and BGP. There is currently a delay in alerts for Devices alerts. The ThousandEyes Engineering team continues to work on to resolve.
