The Inbound Webhook Resolutions for all RCS Inbound Messages has been resolved and is operating normally at this time.
Our RCS Senders to a Messaging Service and inbound message delivery to an RCS Sender in Messaging Service are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
We are investigating intermittent issues with adding RCS senders to a Messaging Service and inbound message delivery to an RCS sender in a messaging service that started occurring on 4/23/2025 around 2:49 pm PST. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available
Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with our Messaging Services on OTT Sender Inbound Messages and OTT Sender Configuration Requests. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
