Authy REST API was degraded for 24 hours and 40 minutes between May 27, 2025, 09:00:00 PDT – May 28, 2025, 09:40:00 PDT. During this period of time few customers may have received 403 responses, a very minor percentage of traffic ~0.0078% was affected during this duration. The issue has now been resolved.
