ACTION TO CUSTOMERS:

In order to regain functionality, On-Demand customers utilizing the *.eu.ondemand.vertexinc.com domain alias have the option to redirect/update any references to it to the new *.eu1.ondemand.vertexinc.com domain alias in their systems.

For support with this change, please submit a support ticket via the Vertex Community.

Vertex is working to restore the older *.eu.ondemand.vertexinc.com alias, but it will not be available for use for an estimated 24 hours from now.
