Outage Details

At the moment, we have received sporadic reports of Virtru for Drive users not being prompted to encrypt a file when dragged and dropped into Drive. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and investigating the issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have one. To work around the problem, we recommend clicking "New" then "Secure File Upload" in Drive instead of dragging and dropping files.
