We are currently investigating an issue in our platform, which triggered increased HTTP status 5xx errors in multiple services.
While most of the impact is already mitigated, shoppers may still be facing issues navigating to Checkout and completing orders. We experienced 10 minutes of full outage and 6 minutes of partial outage in the initial stages of this incident.
Our incident response team is working to identify the root cause and implement a definitive solution.
