We are no longer experiencing delays in firebox report data for fireboxes activated with Total Security license and/or additional data retention and this incident is now resolved. The service is operating normally at this time.

The issue causing the delays in firebox report data for fireboxes activated with Total Security license and/or additional data retention has been addressed. We are no longer experiencing any delays in our EMEA or AMER regions. We will continue to monitor through our next peak periods to ensure the data availability delays are resolved.
