March 2026: Payments not showing up in Weave but showing up in Stripe.
Weave experienced a display issue where successful payments processed through Stripe were not appearing in the Requests table, causing payments made between 10:30am-12:50pm MST to be incorrectly marked as unpaid. The payment processing functionality remained operational throughout the incident, but the status display was inaccurate. The issue was resolved after 3.3 hours with a fix implemented to correct the payment status displays.
