Engineering has identified the issue and is actively working toward service restoration. In addition to the previously noted impact, some users are experiencing issues with the Queue page not refreshing properly after creating a new Group under Group Details in Control Hub. As a workaround, administrators can trigger the 'Save' button to appear by making an additional change (e.g., modifying a value and then reverting it). Additionally, administrators who cannot remove a team are encouraged to remove the user from the team page.
