Engineering is investigating an issue impacting the AI Agent service in the US region. Some customers connecting to contact centers enabled with the AI Agent service may experience dead air. This issue is limited to some users connecting to contact center services in the US region. We are working to restore services and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition to the previously identified impact, this issue may have affected some users in the Japan and Canada regions as well. Engineering has completed remediation activities, and services have now been restored.
