Engineering is investigating an issue impacting Webex Contact Center Agents’ ability to reach emergency services. Some agents will be unable to reach emergency services, as calls made to emergency services will fail. This issue is exclusive to Contact Center Agents calling emergency services from the Agent Desktop. There is no impact when dialing from the Webex App or a physical phone. We are working towards restoring services and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
