Webex Contact Center: Users in the Australia region may experience inaccurate real-time reporting data

Engineering has completed the remediation activities, and all services have been restored. Real-time reporting is now available. Some delay may occur for new recording data while previous data continues to be processed.

Engineering is investigating an issue that may present Webex Contact Center users in the Australia region with inaccurate real-time reporting data. Additionally, Recordings are not appearing in Recording Manager for some users.
