The cause of the issue has been identified and cleared. Xactus VOE requests are working properly now. We will continue to closely monitor the performance of the service.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
We are receiving reports from clients seeing a charge on their order details screen, but it is not showing on their invoice. Experian Verify is provided a “no response” on several orders. Support teams are engaging with Experian to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
