We are aware customers trying to raise cases in Xero Mobile apps are currently experiencing an issue. This also appears to be affecting bank feed request cases, ecosystem app store creation requests and the coversheet generator feature. Our team is investigating this with urgency.

Our team has resolved the issue impacting customers ability to raise cases via the Xero Mobile app. This was related to a recent change, which was rolled back to resolve the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
