On 12:45 PM PDT 3/20/23 all our data integrations to data warehouses, cloud storages, and 3rd parties started to fail. This is caused by a failure in our database and we are working on fixing the issue. We do not expect any data loss during our recovery and extra work from our customers is not required.

Our data processing systems are delayed for data coming in via the Batch API. This incident started at 07:00 AM PST. Current status: a) Our ingestion systems are working as expected and no data is lost. Our systems are not immediately processing newly ingested data. b) All data coming in via the Batch API is impacted. c) Impacted customers will see delayed metrics for the last 1-2 hours. We are investigating the issue and will post an update in an hour or earlier if we resolve the issue.

From 15:03 PM PT Jan 31st 2023, our data processing component has started to process incoming data with latency. All customers are experiencing at most 2 hours of lag in their charts (with an average of less than 30 minutes). We have identified the root cause and we are in the process of deploying the fix. There is no data loss in this incident and no further action is required by the customers.
