Our data processing systems are delayed. This incident started at 4:43pm UTC. Current status: a) Our ingestion systems are working as expected and no data is lost. Our processing systems are not processing newly ingested data through '/batch' API. b) Customers ingesting data through /batch, S3, GCS, Snowflake ingestion will see delayed metrics for the last 60 minutes. c) All customers would see delayed data export from Amplitude to their cloud storage (S3, GCS) or Data Warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake). We are investigating the issue and will post an update in an hour or earlier if we identify the issue.

On Nov 29th 8:35 AM PT, all our customers using /batch endpoint are experiencing up to 3 hours of latency. As a result, these data may show up late in the UI. We have identified the root cause and we are working on a resolution. There will be no data loss and no further action is required from our customers.

We have detected an issue with the Amplitude SQL Charts . We have identified the issue and we are working on a fix. For now, customers will be unable to view results from Amplitude SQL Charts in the Analytics application. User timeline lagging and missing recent values from charts drop down for 8% of users
From 9/28/2022 08:05 AM PST, all customers could experience up to 3 hours delay on User Timeline and missing recent property values from charts drop down. For all customers, this impacts events of ~8% of their users. Charts are not impacted. There is no data loss and all events will show up after the issue has been fixed. We are still investigating the root cause and will post an update after we have more information.

Amplitude Website Outage
The Project Settings page is down. The issue started around 9AM PDT on August 26th, 2022. a) Our ingestion systems are working as expected and we are not losing any data. b) All customers are affected c) Customers navigating to the Project Settings page will experience a page crash.
