Rise 360: Dashboard isn't loading
Hi, Rise 360 authors. You may find that the Rise 360 dashboard isn’t loading right now, and course authoring is unavailable. While we are working to resolve this issue, we have found a workaround that should do the trick! While accessing Rise 360, use the keyboard command, CTRL + F5 in Windows or Command R for Mac. This will complete a hard refresh of the webpage. We’ll keep you posted on our progress. We’re so sorry for the interruption!

Articulate 360: Intermittent Availability and Issues
Hi, Articulate 360 users. Some of our web tools are loading slowly, due to an outage with one of our providers, which means that some users are not able to access apps like Review 360 or use tools like Text-to-Speech in Storyline. We’re looking into the cause of this problem and we’ll let you know as soon as we have more info. We’re so sorry for the trouble!
