Resolved Disconnections from Citrix servers

At around 9:45 a portion of citrix users experienced a disconnect from the servers. The issue is resolved at this time and users can reconnect and should be able to log back into their existing session. Aspex is currently monitoring the situation with our network provider.

Resolved Symantec Email Security issue with sending mails

Due to an issue with the Symantec Email Security system of one of our email providers some mails sent from hosted applications might not be deliverable. Our third party provider is currently investigating the issue.

Resolved Azure West Europe: storage issue

A subset of customers using storage in the Azure Region West Europe may experience issues with services that are dependent of storage. Engineers of Microsoft are rolling the fix and are monitoring the service healt to see if it is successful for all customers.
