Resolved BlueJeans App on Android
The BlueJeans Meetings App is currently not available on the Google Play Store. Any new user on Android mobile will not be able to download the App to join a meeting. Our Engineers are trying to reach out to Google team to investigate this issue. Resolved Login and Meeting join failures
Users are unable to login and may experience difficulty in joining their meetings. Engineers are currently working to resolve the issue.
Resolved Events- Moderator Chat
We have identified an issue with BlueJeans Events, where the "Moderator Chat" option is not available for already scheduled/ planned Events. This issue is not seen with any newly scheduled Events (Events that are scheduled after 11pm, 23rd May PDT). Our Engineers are currently working to resolve this issue. As a work-around please follow steps below to enable this feature before starting your scheduled/ planned Event. 1. Login to your BlueJeans Account on Browser. 2. Go to Events tab and select the Event to edit. 3. Click on Edit & then Settings 4. Enable "Moderator Chat" 5. Start the Event and you should see the "Moderator Chat" icon in the Event.
Resolved Backup PSTN numbers for Event attendees
Backup PSTN numbers for Event attendees is currently being investigated. Please use the primary PSTN number in the invites.
Resolved Broadcasting to Workplace by Facebook
We are currently investigating intermittent issues with streaming to Facebook Workplace. Our Engineering team is working with FB team to identify the root cause. In BlueJeans Events you can use Custom stream option to stream to FB Workplace as a workaround. Streaming to FB Live continues to works fine.

We are currently investigating the sign in failure for google calendar add-on. Already logged in user remain unaffected, only users who are trying to login are impacted. Please use alternate method to schedule your meeting.
