Resolved Sign-in failing for Google Calendar Add-on
We are currently investigating the sign in failure for google calendar add-on. Already logged in user remain unaffected, only users who are trying to login are impacted. Please use alternate method to schedule your meeting.
Resolved Login and Meeting Join Failures
A small subset of users are unable to login and may experience difficulty in joining their meetings. Engineers are currently working to resolve the issue.
Resolved Relay- One Touch Join
We have identified and fixed issues with the Calendar Sync, part of our Relay Service. The Impact was that the local Listener Service will appear offline and ability to use One Touch to Join feature on Room System/ Rooms touch panel will not work. This service degradation was experienced between 5:30am & 6:40am PST.
Resolved Call me feature not working - UK Region Only
Subset of users within UK region is unable to use "call me" feature. We are working on mitigating the issue. As a workaround, please join the BlueJeans meetings via Dial in option (PSTN)/Web Browser/App.
Resolved Meeting Join Failures
A small set of users may experience delay or are unable to join their meetings from BlueJeans App. Engineers are currently working to resolve the issue. Please use Browser to join your meeting as a workaround.
Resolved Issues with PSTN Call Me
We are currently investigating an ongoing issue where users are intermittently not able to join using Call Me functionality. As an alternative please use dial-in option or Bluejeans App to join your meeting.
Resolved Password Reset & Sign Up
We are currently investigating an intermittent issue where users are not able to load the password reset page and the sign up window on the custom landing page for non SSO customers.

We are currently investigating in-meeting quality degradation and possible call drops. Engineers are working on a resolution.
Resolved UK Dial-In Number Not Working
We acknowledge connectivity issues (dead air) from specific PSTN carriers calling into our UK numbers- +44.203.608.5256 & +44.203.695.0613 and our team is working with the PSTN provider to resolve the issue. Please use our alternate dial-in number +44.203.976.1937 to join your meeting.
