We have identified an issue which is causing background processing in the Channable application to run slower than normal. While this incident is ongoing imports and exports in the Channable application may be slow to execute or show a red 'failed' status. Order processing and repricer operations are unaffected. We are investigating this situation.

While this incident is ongoing feeds may take a longer-than-normal time to download from files.channable.com or may occasionally time out. If this happens retrying should resolve this issue. This afternoon, we observed an increase in failed API exports for Google Shopping. If an export has failed, this means we were unable to create or update product listings for Google Shopping. Orders and Ads are unaffected. We are working with Google to investigate the issue.

We have noticed an increase in failed API exports to Miravia/Arise. This means that at the moment we cannot create and/or update product listings on Miravia/Arise. Orders and fulfillment are at the moment unaffected by this. Currently, we are investigating this issue, and we are in close contact with Miravia/Arise about this.

We have noticed an increase in errors when trying to get orders from OTTO, or to send product updates. This means that orders are likely not being retrieved from OTTO and sent to your eCommerce platform, and we cannot send fulfillment and product updates to OTTO. The API export is not affected, so you can still create and update product listings. We are investigating the issue, and we have contacted OTTO about this.
