Resolved Disruption of Interacting with Google Ads services

Since 9:50 (CEST) this morning, we are seeing increased error rates indicating that we cannot interact with the Google Ads API. As a result of this we current cannot synchronize with your Google Ads account. This means that we cannot create, update, activate or pause any of your campaigns, ad groups, product groups, ads and other Google (Shopping) Ads objects. Already existing objects are not affected, however we cannot update these existing objects as of now. We are looking into the cause of this issue.

Resolved Google Ads operations paused for database maintenance

We have temporarily paused Google Adwords jobs to investigate an issue with our database. Scheduled updates to Google Ads will be delayed, and clicking the "Run now" button in the Channable app for Google Ads updates will appear to hang indefinitely. All scheduled jobs will be run once the investigation is completed, we will post updates as necessary. No other functionality of the Channable app is affected.

Resolved Connection errors Bol.com

We're seeing high error rates on Bol.com APIs. We're unsure of the cause of the error, we're still investigating this. To fix this error, navigate to your name in Channable and click "Connections". Select the Bol.com connection that you're using, and select 'Refresh connection'. After this, you can safely execute your API export again.
