Resolved District Sync Failures
Monitoring - All district syncs running between 3:50AM PST and 6:00AM PST this morning failed. We have since identified the issue, applied the fix, restarted all failed syncs, and are currently monitoring. New sync completions may be delayed up to an hour as we process the backlog.
Resolved Clever Messaging intermittently failing to load
Clever Messaging is intermittently failing to load for teachers, students, and guardians, due to an issue with an underlying service provider. We will provide an update when service is back to normal.
Resolved Single Sign-On (SSO) errors
Single Sign-On (SSO) is experiencing errors for some users. This is resulting in users being unable to view and login to applications from the Clever Portal. We're investigating the issue and will provide regular status updates.
Resolved Elevated Error Rates for Clever Single Sign-On
We are seeing increased Single Sign On errors for Active Directory-based authentication methods. This is preventing some students, teachers, and staff from logging in to the Clever Portal. We have identified the source of the issue and are working on mitigating it.

Clever's sftp server is experiencing intermittent errors trying to receive district sftp connections and files. We are currently investigating.
Resolved Skyward API syncs failing for some districts
We have identified an issue with Skyward API syncs that has resulted in sync failures for some districts since December 23, 2020. This prevents data from Skyward from updating in Clever and connected applications. We are in contact with Skyward and they have let us know that a fix will be deployed on January 7th. We will provide updates as they are available.
Resolved Clever Badges Error
Clever is experiencing an issue that is causing Badges to hit an error on various browsers. We’re investigating the issue and will provide regular status updates.
Resolved Secure Sync: SFTP connection errors
Clever is experiencing issues for districts that sync data via SFTP. The issue is resulting in a connection error when attempting to connect to the Clever SFTP directory to upload data. We’re investigating the issue and will provide regular status updates.

Twilio, a service provider for Clever, is experiencing issues that are preventing the Teacher Messages feature in Clever to load for users.
