Resolved Delayed billing due to partial bandwidth consumption information
Due to an issue with the log delivery from one of our CDN vendors, some of our customers may see a drop of about 30% in bandwidth in their dashboard and reports, starting January 25th. We've stopped the billing process temporarily, and as a result, some invoices may be delayed.
Resolved Delays in billing
Billing for January 31st and for February 1st is currently being delayed. Reports and Dashboard might include incomplete data for the mentioned dates. The team is currently investigating this issue.
Resolved Delay in sending out billing invoices
We've identified an issue resulting in the delay of billing invoices being sent out. This mainly affects customers who were billed in the last couple of days. We are working on speeding up the rate of processing to ensure the backlog is cleared as soon as possible. We will update to confirm once the backlog has cleared.
Resolved Elevated errors for both API requests and assets' delivery
Between 07:02 and 07:05 UTC, we experienced elevated error rates for API requests and the delivery of new resources. The issue, which originated from an erroneous infrastructure change, was fixed and the system is now back to its normal status. The team will keep investigating the issue to make sure we avoid future occurrences.
Resolved Partial CDN delivery outage
We’re experiencing an issue with deliveries since 15:17 UTC for some of our customers.
Resolved Issue with Billing and Statistics Data - Billing may be delayed, partial reports
Yesterday (10/1) at 16:00 UTC we started seeing elevated errors in our Statistics and Billing data flows. We've identified the root cause and are working on a fix. As a result of these errors: 1. Billing might be delayed. 2. Bandwidth, Storage, and Transformations quotas may contain partial data. 3. All the "Top" sections in the reports page may be showing old data. We'll update as soon as the issue is resolved and the data is corrected.
Resolved Cloudinary Adobe Connector issue with macOS Big Sur
Cloudinary Adobe Connector conflicts with the new macOS Big Sur. Unfortunately, any of our users that have been updated to macOS Big Sur will not be able to use the connector. We are currently investigating this issue.
Resolved Connectivity issues for requests coming from France
We are currently investigating reports of connectivity issues for requests coming from France. These reports include requests made to access the Media Library and also for resource delivery such as via res.cloudinary.com. It appears that the connectivity issues may be limited to a specific ISP(s) and/or region but we are continuing to actively investigate from our side and will provide further updates.
Resolved Degraded performance on asset updates and searching
Customers in our US region may be experiencing increased latency on requests that update or access asset metadata, including uploading, renaming, or updating metadata of assets, and as a result, when searching for assets via the API or Media Library the search results may not reflect recent updates.
