Scheduled maintenance August 11 - August 13 for Visa clearing and refund data
Visa has advised that there is an outage scheduled for Friday, August 11th, through Sunday, August 13th, due to platform maintenance. This will create ~3 days of downtime where customers will not receive clearing or return data. Once the maintenance is complete, data held during the downtime will be processed and sent. This impacts customers with operations in the United States and Canada only. Customers with operations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates are not impacted by this scheduled maintenance. There is no impact to Visa card enrollments, and authorization data will continue to be sent during this outage.

Amex - latency in some auth events
We are occasionally facing delays in some auth events being received from American Express (Amex) for the Select Transactions API product. The issue is on the Amex side, and they are currently investigating to identify the root cause. It originated on May 7. Customers will still receive auth events but they will be delayed by 1 or more hours for the time being. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will post updates as Amex provides them.

Please note that Fidel API's Visa issued Virtual Cards are currently failing. All attempted transactions will be declined for the next 48 hours and new cards will not be generated. A fix has been identified and is in process. We will update on here when the issue has been resolved.

Program related features unavailable
We’re currently experiencing issues with program-related features. This is impacting GET requests to the /programs/{programID} endpoint as well as visual program-level features on the Fidel API Dashboard. Both Select and Stream programs are affected. The problem has been identified and a solution is being deployed to production at this time.
