Outage Details

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue resulting in checkout downtime. We will post more details of what's gone wrong, along with the steps we've taken to resolve the issue once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.

We have identified the issue being linked to an incident with our cloud infrastructure provider. Apart from the checkout, the issue is also impacting select email delivery along with Paddle's vendor dashboard and Developer Docs. Our engineers are actively working to resolve this and we will post shortly with further updates.

We are in the process of deploying a solution for the checkout and will continue to post further updates as soon as possible.

Please note this issue is also affecting the third-party service we use for handling support requests. That being said, we apologize for any delays in responding to queries and appreciate your patience.

Our engineers have deployed a solution and checkouts are starting to be created successfully. Buyers may encounter delays in receiving emails following successful checkout, such as receipts and invoices. More to come.

The checkout, dashboard, and our Dev Docs are now fully operational. We will continue to monitor the situation and share more information shortly.
