When logging into Redtail CRM, please be aware that SMS text messaging is currently down for multi-factor authentication (MFA). To receive the MFA code, please use Voice or Email. The Redtail team is overriding the SMS text default; MFA codes will temporarily default to Voice. We are working to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
