Resolved Missing Images in Notifications and Videos Unavailable from Event History
We are investigating the images missing from rich notifications (alerts with a still image attached) and an error message being received when trying to view an event recording in the event history page of the app. Viewing videos through the timeline are working normally.

We're currently investigating an issue where devices that are set to only detect motion in certain Modes (Disarmed/Home/Away) are not enabling or disabling motion detection properly when the Mode is changed.

We have identified an issue causing some Neighbors to experience a delay in the availability of playing back recently recorded videos.

We have identified an issue causing some Neighbors to experience a delay in the availability of playing back recently recorded videos. You may see an error message or a message that you are not subscribed when trying to view recent videos. Live View, live motion events, and live video doorbell rings are unaffected.
Resolved Rich Notifications May Be Missing Snapshot Images
Neighbors may be missing snapshots in some of their rich notifications we are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible thanks for your patience and understanding in the meantime.
Resolved Neighbors Feed Not Loading
We are currently investigating reports of the Neighbors app and the Neighbors feed on the Ring app for all platforms not loading for some users. We have identified the cause and are working to implement a fix as soon as possible. Once resolved, all Neighbors content should load normally again.
Resolved Some Ring Doorbells and Cams Showing Offline in Error
Some Ring Devices may show offline in the Ring App, even though they are currently online. They make other recordings normally, but fail to live view. We are currently investigating this issue.
