It's normal to see occasional reports, which may be due to individual user issues rather than a broader problem. 8 months agoIt gets dusk out and the ring don't always want to work. Including it won't pick up anyone around my house, even in front of the ring. It's always hit n miss ... mainly miss. I've cked everything else which wks, only prob is the ring, WHY???

9 months agoI can only see live footage. Nothing is recording. My wired camera says it has no power and is running on battery which is impossible because it has no battery for backup installed. 10 months agoRing is asleep, WHY?? A cpl ppl was on my porch & ring didn't record AGAIN!! When they saw me they ran off. It was NIGHTTIME!! Idk who they were. FIX THE PROBLEM!! We wk hard for money that's being thrown away on ring! FIX IT BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO SOMEONE!!!
