We are seeing intermittent issues and incoming data throughout the Stackify system. There appears to be some Internet DNS issues causing problems for clients trying to access Stackify.
Resolved Issues with data being ingested
We are currently investigating a potential issue with data potentially not being ingested into Retrace
Resolved Data unavailable with Retrace
We have identified an issue that is causing Retrace to not load application performance, errors, and logging data. The team is working on a resolution.
Resolved APM data delayed and partial outage
We are experiencing performance issues with one of our clusters used to support APM data within Retrace. This impacts about ~20% of clients and is working intermittently. We are working to resolve the issue. During this time some APM data may be delayed or temporary unavailable for reporting.
