Resolved O365 SSO & Google Calendar Functionality Impaired

We have received reports from a subset of customers utilizing O365 SSO are not able to authenticate into Teem products. Our Engineering team is currently investigating and an update will be provided at 2pm MST.

Resolved EventBoard and Customer Portal Service Disrubption

We have received reports that EventBoard and the Product Portal are not responsive. This is a Severity 1 incident. Our engineering team is aware and an update will be posted at 9 PM MST if not before.

We have received reports of performance issues on Teem Products and devices that are becoming disconnected from the server. Our Engineers are investigating the issues. Next update will be provided at 0700 Hours MST 1/12/20.

Resolved Office 365 Authentication Errors

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers using Office 365 calendar sync for room calendars. An authentication error presents itself when attempting to sync room calendars or authenticate using an Office 365 account on the Teem platform.

Resolved Google Calendar 429 Errors "Too Many Requests"

We are aware of an issue affecting customers using Google Calendar for room calendars. The stated issue is either a 429 error or an error stating "Too Many Requests". The issue presents on Eventboard devices where events are not syncing. This may manifest as a problem on other surfaces associated with Google Calendar events. We are investigating at this time.

Resolved Intermittent Activation of new EventBoard and LobbyConnect devices.

Teem has received reports that some customers are unable to deploy and activate additional EventBoard or LobbyConnect devices. Investigation is currently underway.

Resolved Outlook - Add-in error when signing in

Teem has received reports that some Outlook users are receiving an error when logging in via the add-in (both native and web) reading: "Unfortunately, we were unable to associate your external account with Teem. Contact your administrator for help. Invalid Token" Teem is currently investigating the problem and will provide updates when available.
