pdf’s generated from the new Viedoc Me user interface are not generated with the correct font when Japanese language is used. Even if the correct kanji is displayed in the Viedoc Me interface, the pdf’s are generated with the incorrect kanji. This issue is not affecting Viedoc Clinic or the old Viedoc Me interface. This issue only affects the new interface of Viedoc Me. A fix for the problem is currently being prepared. Until the fix has been implemented, the old Viedoc Me interface can be used without experiencing this issue. The old interface can be enabled in the settings in Viedoc Admin.

Text messages sent to US are occasionally failing due to an issue at our primary provider. When the service for the primary provider is failing, the secondary provider is called in to action. Most text messages are then being delivered as expected, but messages are occasionally failing with the secondary provider. The issue has been ongoing since 2022-11-29 at 18:00 CET. Troubleshooting is ongoing at the vendor side. There are no known interruptions in the service of text messages in other regions.

An issue in user invitations is introduced with Viedoc 4.73. User invitations sent to users with existing accounts, must match the casing in the email address in the user’s account in order for the user to obtain the new access. As an example, an existing user has the email address firstname.lastname@viedoc.com. An invite is sent to this user with additional role(s), but using an email address with different character casing, e.g. Firstname.Lastname@viedoc.com. The user will receive an invitation email as expected, but when logging in, the new role will NOT be visible and the invitation will NOT be possible to accept. An invite is sent to this user with additional role(s), using an email address with the same character casing, i.e. firstname.lastname@viedoc.com.
