Resolved Issue with Elastic Search on V10 causing problems with job search page
We are currently investigating an issue with Elasticsearch not responding which is creating an error page for the job search on certain sites. We will provide a further update once we have more information
Resolved Unresponsive website pages
We are currently investigating some degraded performance on Version 10 of the platform which may result in some website pages loading slower than normal or returning a blank screen. Our engineering team are working to get this resolved and further updates will be provided every 30minutes. Thank you.
Resolved Google services outage
We have been made aware that Google is experiencing some issues with some of its services it provides - This may impact some services we use within the Volcanic platform such as analytics, maps etc. We will continue to monitor the Google status page for further updates - https://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en&v=status Thank you.
Resolved Version 9 (V9) Platform deployment
A large platform update has been deployed to Version9 (V9) of the Volcanic platform. We have identified some bugs that have occurred as a result of this deployment that are impacting a small number of websites Our engineering team are working through any identified bugs as a priority, however, please be aware of some possible impacted performance around admin area functionality and tools. The issues are impacting admin users and so website users will not be impacted and will be able to navigate and register/apply as normal. Please bear with us whilst we work to resolve all issues and thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. If you are unsure what version of the platform you are on - V9 clients will see the admin menu tabs to the left of the dashboard. Thank you.
Resolved emails from the Volcanic platform not being sent.
An issue with a third-party provider (SendGrid) is preventing emails from being sent from the Volcanic platform. SendGrid engineers have identified the issue and are working to resolve. - https://status.sendgrid.com/ As soon as a fix is confirmed, we will provide a further update.
