After actively monitoring system performance, we are happy to report that the Cloudflare issue is now resolved and Gladly is fully operational.

Cloudflare continues to reroute traffic away from affected services. Gladly users who experienced impact are now observing recovery and a return to normal functionality. We will continue to monitor the Cloudflare incident at this time.
